Currently if you use FMM to enter Progress Entry via the Production Allocation screen and then submit from mobile app it immediately creates a Progress Entry batch and posts it. No where do you have the opportunity to REVIEW the batch for corrections and posting. Because we must REVIEW the progress entry we are having to fall back to using the web portal via Field Ticket / Progress Entry to allow for submission and approval. BUT we don't want our field personnel having to go to the web portal, but only live in FMM.
There should be a Portal Setting that enables the ability for Progress Entry Approval.
There is one under Progress Entry / Advanced Configuration called:
Enable Progress Entry Approval (Only Available for MFM Flow)
But this I believe is from a different mobile app.
Under the Portal Settings / Field Management Mobile or under Progress Entry there should be a setting:
"Enable Progress Entry Approval from Field Manage Mobile"
This could all for the batch to be sitting for Review and approval much like Job Review is enabled. Still need mechanism to determine
Production is CRITICAL to our business and being able to validate this after submission from Field Management Mobile is important.
This is specifically related to when production / progress entry is submitted from the Mobile Time Card entry.

This will require that you have the "Enable Progress Entry Approval " portal setting enabled and I also recommend enabling the "Restrict Production Approval to Job Time Approvers" portal setting. Let us know if it works the way you need to!

It makes no sense that FMM, which is geared for the field, can have Progress entered without approval. Accurate quantities are critical to many of our processes and being able to approve FMM Progress is critical to achieving accurate quantities.
