On FMM user can add production via the Production Allocation screen.
This allows the user to key in the units related to each phase.
In the Web Portal Progress Entry there is an option to enable udNotes... In addition there is a suggestion to allow for udNotes on Field Tickets / Progress Entry as well.
We would like the option for the udNotes to flow to the FMM Production Allocation screen so the user can enter in those notes, have them flow into Progress Entry when submitted and ultimately flow to JCCD.
Under Portal Settings / Field Management Mobile you could have a similar setting as Progress Entry called:
Enable Notes Entry (Requires udNotes on JC Progress Entry)
This mirrors the one over in Portal Settings / Progress Entry, BUT in this case controls whether it is show on FMM Production Allocation screen.
This will allow for feature parity of this udNotes field between the different ways of entering Progress Entry.

What can we do to get this to happen?? We need to be able to enter notes for each phase of product allocation that carry over to the progress approval screen then to the JCCD table in VISTA. This would be HUGE for us. Please call with any questions.
