The only way to setup new users in Keystyle portals is adding the user to Vista's PR Employees to get an Employee Number. We need admins setup in portals who are not setup as PR Employees in Vista. The admin-only role helps administer custom reports, troubleshoot problems and other admin functions. All other Viewpoint software allows this function. When can it be added to Keystyle portals? Our policies do not allow setting up test/dummy PR accounts in production accounting, including in Test GL companies. Keystyle is the only Viewpoint product that doesn't allow Admins without a Vista PR number, and this is currently causing pain as we setup new portals.

when is this going to be implemented. I am needing this now
Any Vista-Keystyle customer who has multiple Companies or instances of Vista managed centrally will need this enhancement to avoid setting up "dummy" employees. That would be a violation of our internal controls and best practices.
