The closeout summary email from a work order is very plain and it is important to us to manage the look and content of this email for our customers. Adding an ability to manipulate the template and be able to insert merge fields would be huge.

Currently Closed Trip Summary emails sent to contacts has nothing stating the email is coming from our company. It could very easily be mistaken as spam. The ability to the body of the email is very important.
