It would be nice if we could disable the employee score column just like you can with the manager grid.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We are figuring out a workaround in the meantime. It would be nice if any performance review custom lookup dropdown database value was calculated correctly, instead of the maximum of 5.
Hi James,
Can you make Exceeds Expectations and Meets Expectations the same database value? This might allow them to both equal 100%
Thanks
This would be helpful because how the scoring is currently set up is not employee friendly. The limitation of the scoring system is that the maximum value of a dropdown can only be 5. If we set up 1 - 5 with 1 as needs improvement, 3 as meets expectations, and 5 as exceeds expectations, an employee who meets expectations across the board ends up getting a score of 60%. That score is not received well based on the educational grading scale we all compare to and does not show the employee that they are technically doing a good job by meeting the expectations of their job role. To resolve this, we went to a 6 - 10 dropdown scale but the portal does not handle the calculations correctly.

Hi James,
Are you not using the scoring feature in Performance Reviews? Why would you like this score to be hidden?
Thank you,
