It would be extremely helpful to have the techs name, date note was entered and time of note automatically added when a tech enters his notes in a call. We have found that if there is more than one tech on a scope it is difficult to tell who's notes are who's. Additionally, editing of the scope notes should be a portal setting that can be turned on or off for selected employees. Currently anyone has the ability to be able to remove these notes. Having the notes push to a read only area after the save button has been pressed would be convenient for all techs to see what has currently already been done on a call. See attached example.

Great news, this exists today. Admin > Portal Settings > Field Service > General > SM Notes Settings select the display type "Add with Date Stamp"
