It would be helpful to add a portal setting for forms to allow Edit/View/Delete options once completed. While the notice of the form being incomplete under the template name is beneficial, it would supply an additional benefit to add the edit option, rather than the name be a hyperlink to the form. Additionally, remove the ability to delete a form given that currently if you require a form it can be deleted from and the work order is able to be completed without the required form. Not all forms should be able to be edited once completed, so being able to turn these options off or on in the portal settings or within the forms settings would be great. See attached example.
