It would be useful to add additional options to forms such as an E-mail field to specify where that particular form can be sent to upon completion. Potentially prompting a field within the form for the technicians to be able to send, that provides a "successfully sent" note once pressed. Additionally, adding an option to specify if the form is required "Per Tech". Meaning each tech assigned a trip is required to complete this form. Or "Per WorkOrder" Meaning there is one instance of the form and it must be completed in order for the work order to be completed. Not all forms require every tech with a trip to complete. Being able to specify either or would prove to be extremely useful. Examples of each attached.
