Our foreman live by the class numbers, not so much the description. They may know the general wording for the description, but multiple classes have similar wording and they simply live off class number.
Example "CONSTRUCTION WORKER 1" should look like:
"500 - CONSTRUCTION WORKER 1" on the time card screen.
Interestingly enough if you go to the Edit Line Details screen you do see the class number and description, but if you search you don't. I will post another suggestion based on search.
