Allow Purchase Orders to be edited by others (Admin group)

Currently, only the person who has submitted a purchase order through KeyStyle can edit it.  We think it would be beneficial for others, specifically an assigned administration group, to be able to edit purchase orders submitted by others to ensure accuracy.  Sometimes the guys in the field don't have all of the information to complete the purchase order, and we would like to be able to verify it against packing slips/pick tickets.  We want to be able to have the ability to edit Processed Purchase Orders from the PO Dashboard.

    Alternatively, I'd be content with a change that allows others who are set up under the Roles tab of PM Projects to pull up the PO's entered on that project, regardless of PO status.

    Our Foremen will also create a PO to get the ball rolling, but don't always have a final amount or phase to finalize. The Superintendent or Project Engineer may be the one that needs to update that info and submit the PO for approval, but they cannot do that in Keystyle if it was created by the Foreman.

    If they are all assigned to the project in the PM Projects form, then they are included in the Workflow and should be able to review PO's that belong to the project, but not to them specifically. I would agree that this would probably be a new toggle in the PO Dashboard.

    A change like this would help to increase efficiency and transparency while also allowing more flexible teamwork.

    We have a very similar request, in that once a Foreman in the field creates a QUICK PO (Reserved PO in PO Dashboard) ... we would also prefer to have an Admin Group enabled where we could assign permission to view All Reserved PO's created by others (for example: X Employee Group - Can View Reserved PO's Created By - Y Employee Group) and ideally, that would modify the PO Dashboard and remove the dropdown where a Purchasing Manager/Buyer can only view - "Items that I've Submitted" and enable visibility to ALL RESERVED PO's created in the PORTAL (eliminating the need to search by Job # to find them).  Thanks in advance
