We may want to be able to use different templates for an employee self review vs manager review and we currently are not able to do that.

We would like this enhancement sooner than 3 months if possible!
I believe it makes more sense to have a template for a reviewee that asks for self reflection, then a separate template that evaluates performance for the reviewer, and then there can be collaboration to see how much they align (or not!) to assist with the career development of the individual.
