Inactive Reviewer Groups Should not show up in the portal

Anything that is inactive in Vista, should be inactive in the Portal, and not be able to be selected. Especially reviewer groups. We use the Portal to approve time off, reimbursements, Job billings, etc. We use multiple level approvers, this way being that one Project Manager can have a different Reviewer group for each Project Engineer We currently employ. It is a just a lot of noise to sort through, and as the years roll on and more and more people come and go, it could get quite large.
