Would like to be able to say all employees in certain craft or class code get grid timecard while all employees with other craft or class code get my timecard (or other setups). We can set up groups for who can enter and approve timecards, why do we have to set everyone up individually for access to timecards or earnings or mobile? Would like security to work more like Vista where I can either assign by group or by individual.

In the February release of this year, we added the ability to sort by employee group on the User Access page. This will allow you to view all the employees with a specific craft and then apply their Grid Timecard access to everyone in that employee group.
