With the current setup to assign employees by adding them to each job, there isn't a clear and easy way to view a list of jobs each employee is assigned to from an admin's standpoint. If there was a way we could view, assign, and manage jobs by employee, that would be very helpful. Basically, I would love to see an additional option that works the opposite of the current job assignment setup. Choose an employee and then add each job they need access to.

We would need the ability to assign jobs only by employee. I don't think we would benefit from the ability to assign by employee group.
