The current address that loads for the Ticket Site Contract is loaded from the Owner associated with the job, it would be nice if this was associated with the Project Shipping Address.

The program we are using is the Filed Ticket on the portal, but not the ���ticket��� portion of that. We use the PDF as reports that the field can use with owners if necessary so it would be nice if the address on the PDF ticket matches the job address. If you want to jump on a WebEx sometime I can show you what I mean.

I want to clarify that you mean Service Management Work Order. If that is the case and the work order is written to a job, we currently show Mail Address then Ship Address. I'd love to understand how you use this.

I don't see a section on the Field Ticket settings that would currently allow this. If there is and I missed it, please let me know where to look.
