There is a lot of scrolling to the right on the job approval screen in Field Manager. It would be nice if the the Employee column was locked/frozen so that it is always visible when scrolling to the right. It would also be nice if the Earn Code was frozen as well

Thank you. The frozen column was set to 1 and did nothing. When I changed it to 2 it worked.

This should be possible with the Grid Timecard Settings > "Frozen Columns (Job Approval)" field.
