For Time Off Dashboard, there is a date range that can be changed to filter results. During a single session, the date range selected will be stored, but between sessions these date range filters return to their default values.
A Portal Setting to customize the default range for this date filter would be great. PR folks are generally looking a week or two back. Leave approvers or schedulers would be looking a month or two in advance. For our company, a month in arrears and a few months ahead would be better than the 2 year ahead view.
