Add feature to send either mass reminder notification for Pending Performance Reviews to the manager(s) or add send reminder feature under the action. Currently options under the action in Manage Performance Reviews is Purge of View Potential Reviewers.

Making it automated would be a nice feature, as long as you can customize the days between the notifications in settings somewhere. I think it would be beneficial to go to both employees and managers as it builds communication. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
