I was not aware of that feature, but then I still have to maintain the various employee groups that I create. It would be much easier to have the PR Department as filter option or at least listed in User Access in my opinion.

We have an even easier way to use the User Access page. You can now filter by Employee Groups on this page. This will allow you to create Employee Groups using almost any employee attribute you would like. Please let me know if you have any questions!
