Currently in Keystyle AP Invoice Approval the reviewer can select all EM Cost Types in the EM Module. They are not limited to just the Cost Types linked to the EM Cost Code selected. Keystyle doesn't warn or prevent the reviewer that they've selected an invalid Cost Type that is not linked to the Cost Code and allows them to save and submit in error. Inside Vista this error is not possible as Vista warns you and won't allow you to select a non-linked Cost Type. As a result this error is not discovered until the AP Specialist goes to post approved invoices. This is a simple look up fix that ensures Keystyle functions the same as Vista during the AP approval process thus eliminating additional work later when approved invoices are being posted and errors arise form an nuisance error. See attached screen shots for further explanation.
