Get rid of the feature where you must hit search EVERYTIME you want to search for applications or back out of an application to get to the grid. This adds extra time when trying to view applications quickly. The applications should automatically be there, I should not have to hit search every time.

Hi Kathleen,
Which browser are you using on desktop?
Thanks!
Hi Mark!
Thank you for the response. There are 4 of us who just tried using the tab suggestion you offered us. None of us can get the Ctrl key to work to open the application in a new tab. We cannot right click on a name to get the details to open in a new tab either. Also, we have a few users who work off iPads and this functionality will be hard for those users to accomplish. Any suggestions?
Hi Kathleen,
We purposely require the search button every time to help with performance when you have many applicants in your system, but I think the frustration might be coming from how you are using the page. Are you clicking into the Applicant details and then going back to the grid? If so, can you try right clicking on the applicants name that you would like to view and open the applicant details in a new tab?
This will keep your applicant search grid populated and allow you to view the applicant details at the same time.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
