Get rid of so much clicking in the ATS. I want to be able to view an application without having to click on the persons name, then click applicant information, and then click on application for employment. And THEN go back to add any tags, ratings, etc. And THEN go back again to get to the grid. This wastes so much time when trying to quickly review applications.
