While a job is onboarding multiple new crews are created for foreman to enter for. Our current workflow is set so that the PM or Payroll Admin creates the crews with the employees in Vista PR Crews for the foreman to use on thier timecards.
We do not want the foreman to have to create their own crews - we have found this is just too cumbersome for these users, especially when heavily onboarding a job. The abilty to add or remove a few employees is great, we utilize the employee group 'Access to Manage Crews'.
For our use case, all the foremen can (should) see all the crews. This would be an expectation for the users.
However, our foreman do not see the crews that are set up for them by the PM's and PR admins. We have to manually go in every day and add the 'Access to Manage Crews' group to the new crews under Data Security.
Is there anyway we can set up a process/scheduler so that data security for crews can inherit the needed employee group?
Or allow for future settings so that an auto process can be implemented, long term we don't want to have to continue to manually update those groups every single day.

Having the ability to set a default group to allow crew access would be very helpful when entering progress entries.
