When making benefit elections, on Step 3, I would like to see two options at the bottom of this screen: Save and return to benefit window or Save and Complete. The Save and Complete button would only be active if all options have been addressed and that Step is complete. Or pop up a window that indicates that there are still open items.
The situations I'm trying to solve for is when a user clicks Continue in Step 3 thinking they are finished with elections, but then see that Step 3 is still read in the 4Step window. It'd be helpful to point that out that they haven't addressed everything on that page before they click out of it. But it also needs to allow for users to get out of it without finishing. . .
