It would be a time saver to search for applicants from the Job Requisition and have the ability to add them to the Requisition. Currently, you have to go to the applicant search and find the candidate and then add them to a requisition.

The Job Requisition details page will only show the applicants that have applied to that job. Could you have your users open the applicant search page in another tab, find any specific applicants they would like to move to that job req, and then move them to that Job Requisitions from the Applicant Search page?
