I would like to be able to connect an onboarding invitation to a specific job requisition. I need to be able to send the onboarding invitation from the job requisition and require the new hire to complete the application.

I am wanting to send the link directly from the portal, like you do in invitation to onboard. Itj would be an Invitation to Apply.
That is what we are doing now, however there have been times when an employee is found on an outside source and an offer has already been made verbally. This means we send them an email with the link to apply separately and then once they apply we send another email to start the onboarding. It would be helpful to have a way to connect that applicant to the job requisition and have them complete the application as part of the onboarding. We are currently just not using the Onboarding Invitation option in Onboarding. We push them from the job requisition to onboarding.

Can you send the new hire a link to the job requisition so they can apply first? The typical workflow is applicant applies to the job req, goes through the applicant stages, and then is sent an onboarding initiation once they are hired.
What is your current workflow?
