Workflow should be shown on the Expense Posting Dashboard and not in the Actions. We have no way to know if an approver forwarded an expense to the next person in line unless we check the Actions Button on each and every line item. We do not use the same reviewers as AP Invoices and Vista does not provide an approval group just for expenses so we have to let our employees select the correct person, which means we have to audit that. We are finding that while they are selecting them, the step of hitting that button to add can easily be missed.
The portal settings have a 'Enable Job Reviewer Expense Approvers' option that will pull the Reviewer Group assigned on the User Access page within Keystyle, but only if the expense is not job related, which 98% of our is. Can this be changed to where we select 1-None, 2-Vista Invoice Reviewers, 3-Reviewer Group on User Access?
This would save a lot of time as we would not even need to check the workflow.

Good question though. I forgot about the fact that you can't read my mind when I wrote that!! LOL.
No Mark. By that I mean it would operate as it does now with the ability to choose who they want it to go to. If we forgot to assign a person to a group, I would still want them to be able to pick an approver.
