Every time we reject employee timecard, the portal will send an email to the employee and timecard admin. However, 99% of our field employees do not check their email during work time. It would be efficient if the portal is able to send a text message to employee to notify that they need to revise timecard.

We implemented the SMS feature in the portal, but the portal SMS feature is very limited. Because we process PR weekly, it would be ideal that the portal is able to send SMS reminder for employees who have not submitted timecard, and who need to revise timecard.

I think that is a great suggestion. Are you already using the SMS feature in the portal? Do you think this SMS notification should only go to the employees who submitted the timecard?
