Payroll Processors see a FAIL message on some employees when sending paystub notifications. This can be confusing to them when the reason is "Opted Out".
We use the Twilio Integration and the setting "Treat employees who have not logged in as opted out" = Yes. So, if our new employees have never logged into the portal, it shows FAILED. Would recommend showing "Opted Out/Never Logged In" or if they did log in and chose Opt Out, then "Opted Out"
