We have a small Pretask Plan form/template that we use during our daily huddle to ensure the crew is ready for the daily work. We like the idea of using the "Huddle" tool in the Portal to accomplish this but limitations on fields you can create/setup and inability to edit a Talking Point document have pushed us to Checklist. However, Checklist doesn't have some features we need like attendance and the workflow is just a bit more clunky. It would be great to implement a few simple tools to create a more robust daily huddle header/body or allow checklists to come in as a talking point.
