In order for a user to take advantage of SSO they need to link their HR account with their Team account. Viewpoint needs to find a way to simplify this process so it matches the SSO experience for Vista and Team. It is currently not the best experience and tough to explain to users.

It has also been over a year since this suggestion has been created and there has been no traction on this.
This is still an issue for us. We have to create a seperate account just for them to have an easier way to log in. Then they get notified that a team account has been created for them when they don't need one and it gets confusing. This needs to be improved.
