Based on OSHA becoming more strict and detailed with their audits and in order not to be fined for lack of specific detail, we want to make sure that OSHA is satisfied by having our employees hand write the date they signed the Tool Box Talks. This is a Risk Management task.

Which Osha requirement are you trying to meet with the manually entered signed date? And is this for the Training Class roster and the Daily Huddle Dashboard?
