The Production Graph's vertical scale is static and is locked at 0-300 units/hr. When the units/hr is small (<5) it isn't visible. When the units/hr is larger (>300) the information is incomplete. In both cases, the information isn't usable.

While it wasn't originally designed to be scalable, this makes a lot of sense. I'll review this with the dev team so we can estimate the work required to make this change.
