Onboarding - Ability to initialize again

We have had a few times where we selected the wrong HRCo when initializing. After identifying and deleting, we manually have to re-add them to the correct HRCo. It would be nice to have a feature that would allow you to initialize them again if they do not exist in HRRM/PREH

    Hi Mark,

    We have a way to do this today. If this happens again, delete the employee record out of HR and then refresh the Onboarding Dashboard. You'll need to set the status to All and then search for the new hire. Their status will be set to Initialized - Employee Removed. If a new hire is in this status, they can be re-initialized.
