It would be really helpful to be able to send out onboarding invitations via text message instead of just email or to be able to set a pin for new hires. We have an iPad available for new hires to fill out their new hire paperwork in the office. Sometimes it takes quite a while for an email to come through, causing not only us, but the new hire to have to wait around longer than they need to. Stream lining this would be very helpful!
