We have all our rental equipment setup in a different company than our default Co 102. In order for the Field Ticket lookup to work appropriately we need a parameter to select other EMCO's We have this lookup functioning already in Vista Daily Logs. We select the company and are able to lookup all the equipment populated in EMCO 100.

This can be done already, but there is a bug associated with it. You need to setup your dummy equipment employees in each of the Companies.
Then give permissions to enter in time for said dummy equipment employees.
When you have the field ticket open, select Template (Co 102 Grp ###) and fill in the equipment section for your owned equipment.
Then at the top, select Template (Co 100 Grp ###) and fill in the equipment section for your rental equipment. However, there is a bit of a bug that when you add the line, the usage units will not populate in the grid. If you manually enter in the units in the grid, the timecard will save and your field ticket will have the equipment usage from two different EMCo's.
