Assign Attachment Type to Expense Report

In Vista we have always assigned an attachment type (Expense Report) for our employees that turn in expense reports. That attachment type has security so that only certain people can see the attachments. We are now moving to our expense reporting to Keystyle and we have to manually add the attachment type to each individual expense reporting line in Vista. It would be more efficient if we could assign the attachment type to all lines in the portal.
