Refresh Crew suggestion/addition

When a user from the mobile application selects Refresh Data, Sync All, it does not pull in new employees that were added into crews. The only way to get this to work currently is by Refreshing All Groups within Manage Employee Groups in the employee portal. Is it possible to add a trigger or modify the store procedure for when Refresh Data is selected it will also refresh the employee groups?

    Hi Billy,

    What does the current workflow look like for how your employees are using crews today?

    • Are they adding the crews on Manage Crews and then syncing right after?

    We currently have the Employee Groups refresh on a regular cadence that can be scheduled more often on your server.
