We have added UD fields and custom lookups to the 'Accidents' tab in Vista Daily Logs for tracking safety observations or incidents. These fields show up in the Field Ticket Accident section, which allows easy entry with a tablet in the field via the portal. This works well, because it feeds directly into the Daily Logs - EXCEPT there is no ability to add a photo or other attachment to document the situation. We can add photos in a Checklist, but those don't feed directly back to Vista. We can add photos to the 'Info' section of the Field Ticket, but they aren't related to the specific safety observation. Please add the ability to add photos in the Accident section.
