Allow AP Ref # by last four of card when sending approved credit card expenses to an AP Batch

Today, when we submit approved credit card expenses to an AP Batch in Vista, a single Invoice is created and all the detail lines represent each individual receipt. After working with a client today, it would make sense to request that a Portal Setting be added to create an AP Ref# per last 4 digits of a credit card being entered. For example, if I have 20 transactions across 4 credit cards, I would have 4 invoices (one per credit card) with the detail lines grouped similarly to how they are today. Without this, this client is needing to process >50 credit cards individually in Credit Card Posting in order to maintain the detail needed to be able to track their expenses and reconcile against their credit card statement.
