Can we get a way to add jobs and equipment to users by company? This would be easier for us then going one by one. Thanks!

I was going through idea site and saw this, but wasn't sure what was being asked for so I could vote on it.
Could you expand on the issue and what is being requested. Would like to understand as it may benefit us as well.
