Under User Access: User Setup, It seems the portal only recognizes one email address, which is either their company (VA User) or personal (HR Resource). I would love the option to choose for each individual employee. There should be different options for manager approvals (those should go to VA User email) but all other personal items and notifications should go to their personal email account.
Because of this setup I have employees who are VA Users and can only receive emailed information through their work email. We have to keep it set to VA Users right now because in order for managers to get their notifications for approvals, we can't have them going to the managers personal email addresses. If we could manually select email source depending on the function it would be extremely helpful.

Hi Mark, thanks for responding so quickly! Unfortunately that won't really help, because then it sends all of the manager approval notifications to their personal email addresses. An option to manually select each employee's email source individually would be best.
However, if there was an option for that when setting up approval permissions that would help too. Then I could ignore VA Users on the main portal settings and then set them up for their work email for approvals. I don't know which solution would be the easiest...

Hi Mary,
If you would like to make the emails consistent for all users, you can enabled the "Ignore VA user profile emails in Logic" portal setting that way it will only use an employees' PR Employee or HR Resource Master email for web portal email notifications. Would this help your use case?
