When updating withholding you have to direct employees to the library to get W4 complete it, then upload it.
During Onboarding, completing the W4 allows you to auto generate signature and it auto generates W4 PDF that auto attaches to HR Resource Master.
I would be helpful when employees are making an Update to their Withholding that it performs this same process.

This would be immensely useful. Many of our employees have a hard enough time using basic technology- telling them they can't just sign off the withholding updates and need to instead obtain and sign a w-4 to upload is really difficult and kind of defeats the purpose of the portal in this sense. And if it's available to sign in the portal at intake, why not in the update section too? Thank you for the consideration! This is very important to us!
