Our expense admin would like to be notified when an expense has been approved. Currently, the data does not live in Vista until it is pushed over to Vista so a workflow notifier is not able to be created.

We'd like the option for digest, or per-event emails. We had our ap clerk as final approver, but it confused everyone while items were pending as you have to view each item to see if it's been approved by the first person.

Would your Expense Admins like an email per approved expense or a daily reminder?
Have you considered making your Expense Admins the final reviewer that way they are notified?
