When managers Submit the Performance Reviews the employees can immediately see their scores before a manager has a chance to sit down and go over their review. It would be better to hide scores, once submitted, until such time a company wanted all employees to view. (By employee or all employees)

We monitor who has completed the reviews including Supervisors so leaving them open and not submitted does not HR the heads up on final completion, along with the manager scores that are used to determine raises, etc. Maybe a checkbox on the Manager tab that says allow Employee To See Manager Review? Some managers may actually want their direct reports to see the manager review/score before the formal meeting so it would give managers the flexibility. We would also want a Global option to Allow All Manager Reviews to be seen so in case some managers never clicked on the check box under their login we could release it for all employees.

The easiest way to hide the scores of manager reviews to to have the manager save, but not submit the review until they would like the employee to see the score. If we hid the score until a certain time, what time would that be? How could you designate the portal when to begin showing the manager score?
