Provide manager view of direct reports' career paths

Currently, only the employee can see his/her career path. It would be helpful for the manager to be able to access the direct reports' career paths, like performance, to best facilitate career and performance planning discussions.

This is extremely important for the managers to understand what their employees need and to track how they are progressing not only within their own position title but if they want to advance into a new position. Currently there is no way in any location for a manager to look at a position and see required or requested skills and training and where their employee compares to this.
