During audit we need to provide the approved timecard and currently the only one that shows the date/time submitted and approved is the submitted timecard. however if any revisions/deletions or job changes occur after the submission the submitted timecard is not always the accurate final timecard or the lines that are approved so we cannot use it for audit purposes. We need to be able to print the processed timecard with the approval stamp on it.

I suspect you are not going to get this, because an unscrupulous employer could then make changes - such as changing the number of hours - and still have an approved, signed by employee timecard.
Better that the employer provide an explanation of changes between the signed timecard and the finished version.
