Currently we have to manually remove the terminated/deactivated employee from each "Employee Group" this person is associated with. This would save HR Department a lot of time.

Hi Team,
In Employee Groups, do you have the "Filter Out Inactive Employees:" checkbox checked?
If you do, none of the employees that are inactive should be showing up in the "View Membership" of those groups. These groups should be refreshed nightly, but if you would like to force the refresh manually, you can click the "Refresh All Groups" button on the Employee Groups page.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you!
From an HR standpoint having the terminated employee deleted would prevent extremely large approval groups that would contain terminated employees, epsically when there is frequent turn over.
