The Employee Welcome emails only send at 7:30 and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. It would be more helpful if there was a noon email push so that employees who are being onboarding can get the enrollment email sooner.

You should be able to adjust the SQL job that controls the emailing of the Welcome Emails to run as often as you would like.
