If an email goes out to or comes in from someone who is not a user in the portal, I can click on message to see who it is from. However, for requests coming from current users, I cannot see at a glance of log or even clicking on message which employee made request unless the email includes their name, which doesn't always occur. Can the employee name or number be added to the log or email so admin can find specific items more quickly?

Hi Jennifer,
The Personal Info approval page is also meant to be used for any historical reviews. If you change the Request Status dropdown to Addressed, you should be able to see the history of past Personal Info changes. Does this View of the Personal Info page work for your needs?

we are using approval page to make the approvals/rejections... but after the fact, if I want to review what the other admins have processed, I'm using the mail log... and that's where I would like a better way to identify who the change was for.

Personal Info change requests should show up in the navigation bar in Approval > Personal Info. Are you using the Mail Log instead of the approval page to manage these requests?
